With independent entrance the apartments cover a 50m² surfance and they all provide one bedroom, one living room with fireplace, one kitchen and one bathroom. They can accommodate up to 4 people and if agreed plus 1 in a single sofa bed.
The 4 apartments can be united per two with internal staircase, creating 2 double-floor maisonettes of a total 100m² surfance each. Every maisonette offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and on each floor a separate living room and kitchen and they can accommodate up to 8-9 people.
